team consists of several experienced entrepreneurs who have worked in the trenches, been successful in building early stage
startups, and have owned and managed technology companies before:
CALVIN HUANG

President & Founder
Calvin Huang is an incurable entrepreneur who has been starting companies since he was nineteen years old. In 1985, at the
age of 19, he co-founded Microstar Computer Technology, Inc., which went on to become one of the largest computer distributors
on the West Coast. In 1995, Mr. Huang created a website for the beautiful beach community in Santa Monica. He then partnered
with the City of Santa Monica, Visitors Bureau, and Chambers of Commerce to create one of the most highly interactive city
sites on the Internet. Following this successful website and due to the increased demand for e-commerce, he founded the Digital
2000 Corporation in 1997 to focus on the Web and e-commerce development. Mr. Huang holds a B.S. in Business Administration from
Pepperdine University, and is a graduate of the Executive Program for Engineering and Management from the UCLA Anderson Graduate
School of Management.
DANIEL TURNER

VP of Technology & Co-Founder
Daniel Turner is a successful entrepreneur in the IT industry with over 15 years experience providing network support. He has
over 6 years full-time experience operating and managing PC Commuters and DotCom Director, Inc. providing network consulting,
Web application development and providing Internet access as an ISP to the legal community in Los Angeles. He is recognized by
his clients as a hands-on, proactive troubleshooter who rapidly identifies technical challenges, formulates strategic plans,
and initiates appropriate changes in challenging and diverse environments. His management style effectively motivates others
and helps raise the level of achievement of individual and organizations. Mr. Turner earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering
from California State University, Northridge.
MITCHELL TSAI

VP of Marketing & Co-Founder
Mitchell Tsai serves as a strategy and technology advisor for many companies. He was Vice-President of Financial Modeling Specialists (FMSInc.com), a 14-year old consulting firm which designs database solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Since 1980, Mr. Tsai has performed research at nine laboratories, including Microsoft Research's LEAP (Language Enabled APplications) group and Harvard Medical School. Mr. Tsai earned an A.B. in Chemistry and Physics from Harvard University and an M.A. in Computer Science from UCLA.
CONRAD BUDD

Director of Product Development
Conrad Budd has created technology solutions for corporate IT departments for over 10 years, and has been dedicated to bringing
e-Commerce and Internet integration to the marketplace. His technical proficiency includes database building and management,
creation of customized programs for site management and analysis, database administration, as well as feedback, reporting, and
error correction tools. Mr. Budd is now focusing his development skills towards web application servers, and has created and
developed such innovative applications as real time, online database solutions, centralized web-application servers, automated
content creation tools, as well as Internet search and index servers. Mr. Budd earned a degree in Electronics from the Royal
Atheneum in Belgium, and a B.A. in Business Administration and Computer Applications from the Belgian Chamber of Accountants.

Jimmy Wu is founder and CEO of Dragonvision International Corp., an international venture capital, investment and consulting firm
that has created many successful Internet stories including DVD Express (now express.com, a premier e-commerce site), KillerApp
(voted best Internet price search engine by PC Magazine, now CNET's shopper.com), Tom's Hardware Guide (tomshardware.com, a popular
IT hardware preview/review site), and GX Media (including gamers.com, voted #1 gaming-industry portal by The Wall Street Journal).
Previously, Mr. Wu co-founded Microstar Computer Technology, Inc. (one of the largest computer resellers in the West Coast) and
formed Infiniti (a brand name manufacturer for computer monitors and systems). Microstar/Infiniti grew from 5 to 72 employees with
annual revenues of over $50 million before being sold. Mr. Wu holds an M.S. degree in Computer Science from University of Southern
California, and got a B.S. in Engineering Science from National Cheng-Kung University in Taiwan, where he graduated #1 in his class.
HENRY KIM, M.D.

Dr. Henry Kim is a general partner of Century Financial Partners, a venture capital firm based in Los Angeles, CA which invests in middle to late stage companies, and has over $200 million under management. Many of Century Financial Partners’ portfolio companies have achieved profitable exits, including Clinicor (M&A), Entertainment Digital Network (IPO), Prologic (M&A), and Rawlings Golf (M&A). Dr. Kim sits on the Board of Directors of six privately held technology companies as well as the California Business Incubation Network (an incubator think tank founded in 1990). His career includes assisting Angel and incubator investors with due diligence and co-investments, and began in network administration, software development, and graphics illustration at such places as Apple Computer and the U.S. Federal government. Dr. Kim was educated at Williams College, received his B.A. from Boston University, and earned his M.D. from the SUNY-Stony Brook School of Medicine.
