Digital Coast Venture Network (DCVN) is a private forum for Southern California early stage investors and incubators. DCVN enables this alliance of accredited Angel investors, incubators, merchant banks, and venture capital firms to co-invest and/or co-develop technology investment opportunities as well as network with the senior management team and officers of each others' portfolio companies. DCVN was founded in Fall 2000 by DotCom Director, Inc. (a West Los Angeles venture capital accelerator) and the California Business Incubation Network (a San Diego-based incubator think tank founded in 1990).
